As a result, we will delist all trading pairs and proceed with user withdrawals. CITEX has always operated with integrity and promises to process withdrawals for users. Please read the following specific instructions and procedures for CITEX's user withdrawal in detail:
Asset Withdrawal
Before 24:00 on August 6, 2024 (UTC+8), users need to submit the following information via email from their withdrawal account to the designated email [email protected]. Customer service will review the submissions uniformly.
Approved withdrawal applications will be processed every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, with the final processing deadline being 24:00 on August 6, 2024 (UTC+8). Please strictly follow the format requirements below when submitting your information.

01. Users who have not completed KYC should complete KYC certification before submitting information;
02. The email used to initiate the withdrawal application must be consistent with the email bound to the withdrawal account applied for;
03. Customer service transfers are based on the public chain network of the token submitted by the user. If the user submits an incorrect withdrawal address network remark, the platform is not responsible.
